Impatience

Top: Target
Jeans: Hudson
Belt: Husband's
Wedges: Target
Bracelets: H&M

I put up my Everybody Everywear post yesterday morning, saying that I was looking for some non-noisy bracelets. Cee immediately responded telling me I should go check out H&M. I was too impatient to wait until the end of the day, so I took the bus downtown in the middle of my workday (hey, it's just my late lunch break!) and picked these up from H&M.

I originally was kind of hesitant to spend $10 on a bunch of bracelets I could have easily made with some stretchy string and beads from the craft store, but I'm just too lazy. It would have taken a few weeks for me to get around to buying the materials, and then they'd sit in my room for about 6 months before I would actually make something, and by then I would have lost interest in wearing them. I'm all about instant gratification.

I was so excited about these though, that I put them on as soon as I got back to the office, and I love how they complimented my (pretty boring) outfit. I'm still working on getting a bigger stack of bracelets on my arm, but these will do for now. And they'd better, because I'm probably going to be wearing them everyday from now on out.

  4. Love the shoes!! I wish Austin had an H&M. Or Texas for that matter. Word on the street is that Dallas is getting one in late 2011. I can't wait!!

  16. Haha! I tried to take some close-ups, but they didn't turn out too well. There's always next time! :)

I know, sometimes it's nice to wear a simple outfit, instead of trying to layer and accessorize :) That gets tiring!

  17. I know! My shirt looks super washed out in all the pictures even after I tried editing them to have a better contrast. I guess I need to learn to take better pictures, haha. I tried though! :(

  18. I love H&M but I hate the advertising. They always have those big ads that say, "swimsuit top $4.95" and you go to the store, and only one style is 4.95, and the rest of them are $14.95 each. And this one time, they had this one toddler shirt advertised at like $5, and we couldn't find it anywhere. All of the shirts were at least $15! The prices aren't as crazy cheap as they advertise. :(

are things I need people to tell me so thank you! :)
