Healthy eating

Top: Target
Skirt: Banana Republic Factory Store
Shoes: Old Navy
Necklace: Loft

I've been trying to eat more healthy recently, but I don't think I'm doing too well in that regard. Husband and I had a free smoothie coupon from McDonald's the other day, so we were planning to go get our smoothie after dinner (Mexican, kind of the opposite of healthy), but as we were driving there, husband decided that he wanted a vanilla cone instead. Well, if he was getting a cone, then I wanted a Rolo McFlurry (that window advertisement gets me every time I drive by). In the end, neither of us got the free smoothie, which was the reason we went to McDonald's in the first place.

Also, I apologize for the super blurry pictures. I don't know what's up with my camera recently. A lot more photos than usual are turning out blurry, and I didn't notice these were  unfocused until we had already gotten home and it was too late to retake them. And because husband took the photos, I only had like 5 to choose from. I have to work with what I've got.

Day 2 of Kayla's 21 day challenge was "tuck it in" - yeah, it takes me forever and a half to get up my posts. :(

  1. Kind of hard to tell but is that denim on denim you're rocking here? Cause bravo, Lady! That's one I have yet to tackle.

I continue to covet that top.

  2. I've had a craving for a MCD's cone forever this week! Especially since it's fairly warm out for Seattle standards.  How was the rolo mcflurry?

  3. Mexican and a McFlurry sound pretty much like a perfect meal to me!  Kimmie, you are so stinkin' cute... love the McDonald's Playland shoot!

Ha ha!  When my husband takes photos (only in desperate situations), I only end up with about two of the 5 he's willing to take.  I keep telling him he has to push the button half way to focus first, but he likes to click like a machine gun.  Ugh.
I love the material of your clothes.  What is it?

  8. Nah, the skirt is an easily wrinkled (obvs) linen type blend, but it's dark blue so easily mistaken for denim. :)

  9. Yummy!!! I don't really like the Rolo candies themselves (caramel too sticky) but in McFlurry form it was tasty. Really sweet though, but that's expected :)

  11. Mine too! He gets tired of taking pictures after like 3 of them, and I have to keep asking him to take more.

The top is a light chambray and the skirt is a linen blend :)
