Yummy dress

Dress: Forever 21
Belt: Nordstrom Rack
Sandals: Madden Girl

I almost passed this dress over when I was at Forever 21 the other day, but the bright yellow sale tag caught my eye (only $12!!) and I decided to try it on without any intention of actually buying it. As soon as I slipped it on in the dressing room, my 2-year old exclaimed "pwitty, mama!"

I mean, come on, if that's not a reason to buy something, I don't know what is.

But as I tried to get dressed yesterday morning, he decided he wanted to eat the dress. I guess "pwitty" and "tastes delicious" mean the same thing.

  1. I agree, so pwitty! That belt is super cool too and the blazer just pulls it all together. This actually might be one of my favs of yours!

  18. Nice find! Speaking of nice finds, I was doing email searches through old messages for something and I saw a comment from you on my old blog! Funny small world. :)
(It was something about buying a coat from Topshop online and having sizing issues.)

  19. that dress is pwitty, so it's probably good that you bought it - plus it will look awesome with some thick grey tights and boots this fall (can you tell I'm itching to break my tights + boots out?).

  23. Ah, THANK YOU, Jenn. I always called my belt "red" because I never knew what else to call it. Now I can safely call it raspberry. :)

  34. Your kid KILLS me, Kimmie.  I definitely would have snatched up the dress if out of the mouths of babes I was told I was pretty, but the eating shots are too hilarious.  You guys are my fave comedy duo (and you are an adorable straight man).

  37. I found mine at Nordstrom Rack, but I've seen them on a few other bloggers (Overcaffeniated got hers at Costa Blanca in Canada, and Girl and Closet got hers at Modcloth).. but I can't find them online right now. I know that Urban Outfitters had one awhile ago, my best bet would be to check in with them every once in awhile. Sorry I can't be of more help! :(

  38. Amazing. amazing dress, amazing blazer, amazing child. Any kid who can look at fabric and realize that it looks so delicious it should be food, is a-ok in my book.
